Christmas Opening

We understand that the festive season is not always easy so we want to reassure you that Disability Assist will still be able to help you if you need any information, advice or guidance during the Christmas period. Our offices will be closed from 25th - 27th December to enable our hardworking staff to have a well-earned break but we will be available from 28th December to help you. Any messages sent to us will be responded to once we reopen but please be aware that we will be operating with fewer staff during this time so you may not receive an immediate response. For the quickest way to contact us, please click on the button below.

If you are in need of more immediate support, you can call the Kent County Council Mental Health Matters team on 0800 107 0160 or visit their website here for more information. The phone line is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the service is provided by an independent charity. If you think someone is in immediate danger, call 999 for the emergency services.

If you are in need of food, please have a look at The Trussell Trust website to search for your nearest foodbank.

The team at Disability Assist wish you all the best for the festive season and look forward to working with you in 2024!
