Disability Assist has provided support to clients residing in Medway through various projects in the past, such as our recent Medway Together initiative. However, the reality is that we are currently not funded to cover the Medway area so sadly that means that we are unable to provide more in-depth support that we believe is needed.
We are currently working on a bid for funding so that we can employ an Information Office to cover Medway. In order to do that, we need to demonstrate that there is a need for support and that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions in Medway require our help.
